Directions by car
Leave M1 at Junction 10, follow signs for Luton
At roundabout take the the second exit towards Luton Airport
Take the first exit at next two roundabouts
Turn left into Vauxhall Recreation Centre car park and head to reception
Directions by train
Arrive at Luton Parkway train station
Leave main entrance and follow path round to the right until you reach the pedestrian lights
Cross road and turn right, Vauxhall Recreation Centre is on your left
